On Saturdays in August, AlgarExperience invites you to discover the Algarve through the sea and your palate. Aboard the elegant Unwind catamaran, the Algarve coastline becomes the stage for a 5-course gastronomic journey, carefully paired with exceptional wines.
With a service limited to just 14 guests, this experience was designed for those seeking sophistication, tranquillity, and authentic flavours in a premium setting.

Enjoy an authentic journey of flavours in the heart of the ocean
1st Course:
Atlantic Oyster & Yuzu Foam with Granny Smith Granita
Paring: Champagne Brut Nature – minerality and vibrant acidity to whet the appetite
2nd Course:
Finger Food Delight (Land & Sea)
Tuna Tartare: White chocolate beurre blanc, salmon roe, crispy nori seaweed
Duck Confit Terrine: Pickled Algarve orange, Fóia fig compote, and rosemary brioche
Pairing: Arinto – light, fresh, citrusy, with aromatic elegance
3rd Course:
Seafood of the Day in “Citrus Marinade”:
Lobster / tiger prawn, Alaskan crab legs (kaffir lime oil, grapefruit and wild mint vinaigrette, daily sprouts)
Pairing: Fruity/Floral White Wine – Alvarinho with medium body and aromatic freshness
4th Course::
Fish from the Market, Herb Crust & Brown Butter Sauce with Capers:
Smoked cauliflower purée and crispy leek
Pairing: Full-Bodied Oaked White Wine – Viognier
5th Course::
Black Fig and 70% Chocolate Truffle & Algarve Hazelnut Praliné:
Fleur de sel, extra virgin olive oil, and almond tuile
Pairing: Dessert Wine – Late harvest with notes of honey, dried apricot, and excellent acidity
