14.1. Your data will be processed by us within the European Economic Area.

14.2. If data transfers to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area occur, AlgarExperience will comply with the law, particularly regarding the adequacy of the destination country in terms of personal data protection and the applicable requirements for such transfers.
