On March 10th, at 10 AM, we are hosting our wOwPEN DAY, a very special and innovative recruitment event! This open day is completely different from all the others, as part of the recruitment process takes place at sea, aboard one of our boats!

To secure your spot, you must fill out the online application form. As spots are limited, all applications will be reviewed in advance by our Human Resources Department. Selected candidates will be contacted directly and invited to participate in the wOwPEN DAY.
On the day of the event, participants will embark on a sea experience, where they will get to know more about AlgarExperience’s culture and environment. After the trip, each candidate will have a flash interview with the heads of the departments they selected.
