Created in partnership with Dr. Ana Cardoso, a specialist in anti-ageing medicine and longevity, and functional nutritionist Safira Carvalho, REGENERATE proposes an intimate format where scientific knowledge and sensory reconnection come together on board our exclusive vessel Unwind. The session starts at 6pm departing from Albufeira Marina and ends at 9pm.
