Organised by the Algarve Oncology Association (AOA), Mamamaratona returns for its 26th edition, continuing an initiative that brings people together to raise awareness about health, highlight the importance of early diagnosis and support those affected by the disease.

More than just a sporting and charitable event, Mamamaratona is an opportunity to show how small gestures, when shared by a community, can contribute to meaningful change.

Taking part in this initiative helps raise awareness of the importance of breast cancer prevention and supports the work carried out by the Algarve Oncology Association, which provides assistance and support to people affected by the disease.

At AlgarExperience, we believe our role extends beyond the experiences we offer at sea. We want to actively contribute to the well-being of our community by supporting initiatives that promote solidarity, awareness and social responsibility.
