On January 27, 2026, AlgarExperience hosts the second edition of wOwPEN DAY, its recruitment event aimed at everyone looking for a professional opportunity in the maritime tourism sector. The event takes place at the Marina of Albufeira, during the morning, and marks the start of the company’s recruitment process for the new season.

After the success of the first edition, held in March 2025, wOwPEN DAY returns with the aim of presenting the various open positions, as well as the culture, values and day-to-day life of those who work at AlgarExperience.

wOwPEN DAY is an employment event that goes beyond traditional recruitment. AlgarExperience is looking for people who are passionate about the sea, hospitality and the constant desire to exceed expectations.
