• Valid for purchases until December 31st 2023;
• After the purchase, the Christmas Gift Voucher is valid until December 31st 2024, the experience can be done until this time;
• Valid for all Experiences, except private ones;
• Valid by online order, email, phone, counter and AlgarExperience stores;
• This campaign cannot be combined with other discounts/ promotions.
• After filling the form and choosing the voucher 30€, 50€, 100€ ou 150€, you will receive by email a payment link within a maximum period of 24 hours;
• After receiving the email, you must make the payment until December 31st 2023;

After making the payment, you will receive the Christmas Gift Voucher by email in pdf format to offer as a Christmas gift;

You can also go to the AlgarExperience counter and stores and purchase the voucher directly with an AlgarExperience representative.

• It is mandatory to present the Christmas Gift Voucher at the time of booking and check-in;
• All reservations are subject to availability;
• The Christmas Gift Voucher is for single use. If the total value of the Experience is less than the value of the Voucher, the remaining value will not be refunded.
After confirming the reservation, if you wish not to make the experience on the scheduled date, you must communicate your withdrawal in writing (via email) at least 48 hours in advance. If this deadline is not respected, the loss of the voucher value is implied, without the chance of rescheduling.
The voucher value is non-refundable.
Cancellation by AlgarExperience due to bad weather conditions, breakdowns, maintenance, incidents with the instructors, or due to any other involuntary reason, does not guarantee the right to reimbursement of the voucher value or other amounts spent for the purpose of carrying out experience, namely transport costs (includes fuel and tolls), or accommodation. The participant, in this case, will only have the right to reschedule the experience as soon as possible.
If the participant requests the cancellation of the experience 48 hours in advance, it will be entitled to a new reschedule.
